Full Service Management
• Marketing the property: Triangle MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Rentcafé, Facebook, Instagram, and other various websites
• Procuring a Tenant: Screening tenants will include credit check, criminal background check, rental history, and income verification
• Collection of rent each month: Tenants will pay rent electronically
• Full accounting system: Yardi Breeze/Rentcafé
• Management of Trust Account: including security deposits and owners’ working capital
• Coordinate maintenance issues with vendors
• Move-in and move-out inspections
• Prepare and execute lease and any other paperwork
• Regular communication with owners/investors
• Setting up eviction process with local attorney (if needed)
